You must understand how it works here.
Real estate agents are interested in selling the Lot/Property. They work on a commission basis and usually receive between 3-6% of the sales price from the seller after a successful sale.
That means their main interest is to sell the Lot/Property.
If you're lucky, you'll have an agent who will fill you in on everything. If you're unlucky, it can end badly.
One of the worse case scenario is when you bought a lot and later it turns out you don’t have the right of way. In other words, you can't get onto your property at all because you would have to enter/drive on other properties to do so. And if the landowner doesn't allow you to do that, then there's not much you can do about it. There are other risks, but we do not describe them in detail here.
