Our current Project- "Villa Pottela"

A small residential area is being built on an area of a total of 3000 square meters, with 4 high quality Loft-Style-Villas.

There will be a swimming pool with the dimensions 15 x 5 meters, which can be used by the residents. A pavilion/gazebo is also planned that can be used for various purposes, such as dinner, lunch, drink with friends or just relax by the pool. Later, a small gym will follow.

Furthermore, a largely self-sufficient electricity and water supply is planned.
For this purpose, a 28 meter long and 7 meter wide roof is installed, where 36 solar panels can be found and deliver up to 20 kWatt electricity, enough to guarantee a stable electricity supply.

Under the roof there is also a water reservoir, where a total of 6,000 liters of water can be stored to ensure the water supply in all houses at any time.

A high performance water pump ensures sufficient water pressure in all Pottela-Villas.

Our Vision / Our Villas

We want to create a place of calm and relaxation where residents, visitors, and vacationers feel comfortable and they lack nothing.

One of our goals is to use the natural recourses as much as possible, to gain electrical energy from our sun,- and water from the regular rainfalls. No more power outages or gaps in the water supply, which occur regularly here in Panglao-Island when you depend on public supply.

Thanks to high-quality airtight and soundproof windows and doors, in combination with central air conditioning system, we create a pleasant and filtered air in the villas, with regulated and pleasant air humidity.

All villas are equipped with state of the art smart technology. If you want, everything is voice controlled. No need anymore to touch a switch to turn on/off or dim the lights.

The entire north side of all villas consists practically only of windows that enable an undisturbed look outside and the villas are flooded with natural light. The windows are aligned to the north and there is never any direct sunlight in the villa.
